Σας προωθούμε αίτημα για συνεργασία που λάβαμε από Ίδρυμα Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης της Παλαιστίνης (AL-Quds Open University (QOU) - http://www.qou.edu/englishIndexPage.do ) , για τη δράση «Ανάπτυξη Ικανοτήτων» (Capacity Building). Το αίτημα προωθήθηκε στην Εθνική Μονάδα από το Εθνικό Γραφείο Erasmus+ της Παλαιστίνης.
Παρακαλούμε να το προωθήσετε σε τυχόν ενδιαφερόμενους. Επισυνάπτοντα η περιγραφή της πρότασης καθώς και πληροφορίες σχετικές με το εν λόγω Ίδρυμα.

Al-Quds Open University are currently looking for partners for regional project (Institutional Governance and Quality Improvement of Higher Education Institutions( ,the project aims at improving governance and quality of higher education institutions (HEIs) . This will be achieved through the development and adaptation of web-based evaluation tools. This will cover the mission statement, management, autonomy, accountability, transparency and participation.
A pool of expertise and best practices will be initiated that creates a platform supporting the good governance and quality of higher education in the targeted HEIs.
AL-Quds Open University ( QOU) is the first Open University established in Palestine and Arab world and it become one the leading University in Open Education and E-Learning. Due to the flexibility and to the quality of its educational system, the number of Students registered in the University has increased in 2009-2012 to reach more than 67,000. The university has twenty-two branches and Study Centers spreading all over the country, in addition to two branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and an office in Amman, Jordan.
