Although, it is ideal to train all the teachers in a school in Guidance and Counselling, considering the practicalities, we suggest you to depute at least one teacher from all levels in a given year. Likewise, if you get a few of your teachers trained every year, in a short span of time you will be able to develop a strong Guidance and Counselling team in your school.
