What is ResearchComp? ResearchComp is a tool that helps: - Researchers assess and develop their transversal skills.
- Research organisations and training providers adapt their offerings.
- Employers understand the wide set of competences of researchers.
Expected Outcomes: Participants will learn about the ResearchComp tool, its applications, and how to incorporate it at the institutional level.
