Seminar Title: Some Secrets of Scale: Scale Up Lessons from Real Ventures with Real Growth
Abstract: Together we will explore the secret sauce of scaling beyond start.
Speaker Bio: Daniel Isenberg has a Ph.D. in social psychology (Harvard 1981) and is or has been:
1. An entrepreneur, teacher, and VC in Israel.
2. Investor in 111 investments in about 60 companies.
3. LP in nine funds in five countries.
4. Author of three dozen articles on entrepreneurship in HBR.
5. Author of over a dozen scientific publications on individual and group decision-making.
6. Author of three books (one on entrepreneurship, one children’s book, and one on grief and loss)
7. A professor at Harvard (full time), Columbia (adjunct), Insead (visiting) and Babson (full time).
8. Policy advisor to regions in LATAM, Africa, Middle East, and Asia.
9. Keynote speaker and faculty member at Davos.
10. Founder of Scalerator®.
11. A father of five and grandfather of four, cook, fisherman, salsa dancer, wine collector.
